To commemorate the 10th anniversary of the creation of the UMA gastronomic space, we want to offer our guests the opportunity to enjoy our most iconic dishes during the months of September, October, and November 2023. These are the proposals that have helped us become a gastronomic reference in the city of Barcelona. Therefore, we are providing our guests with a menu that brings together the most iconic dishes from UMA, available for lunch from Monday to Friday during the aforementioned months. What better way to pay tribute to and remember dishes such as the XO sauce with spider crab, the Soup of Love, or the Smoked Sea Bass Gazpachuelo!?
