Espacio UMA is undoubtedly the materialisation of all the dreams of chef Iker Erauzkin, a new way of understanding gastronomy, a sustainable and responsible project with both its environment and its work team.
Iker Erauzkin is a chef of Basque origin trained in Paris. Passionate about product-based gastronomy and an ardent defender of tradition and the environment in favour of contemporary cuisine.
Restless and curious by nature, he is a great disseminator and creator of innovative gastronomic concepts.
He has more than 25 years of experience in the sector and is the author of more than a dozen cookery books and recipe books.

- Puntuality: Maximum punctuality is requested. Service will not begin until all diners are present.
The management reserves the right to NOT allow entry to the premises to those who do not meet this requirement, considering their absence as a “no show” and applying the cancellation policy in these cases. - Cancellation Policy: Any modification or cancellation must be made at least 72 hours in advance, responding to the re-confirmation email (check your spam) or through info@espaciouma.com. Otherwise, without exception, your card will be charged for the full amount corresponding to your reservation.. People who do not show up for their reservation (“no show”) or do so outside the indicated time, which will be considered as “no show”, will be affected by the same cancellation policy.
