The Classic Menu is the most current reflection of our cuisine: a complete, balanced, and ever-evolving proposal.
A surprise haute cuisine menu of 10–12 courses, enjoyed and discovered simultaneously by all guests, allowing for an undistracted and immersive experience.
A culinary proposal crafted exclusively by our Chef Iker Erauzkin, which evolves with each season and his latest creations.

- Puntuality: Maximum punctuality is requested. Service will not begin until all diners are present.
The management reserves the right to NOT allow entry to the premises to those who do not meet this requirement, considering their absence as a “no show” and applying the cancellation policy in these cases. - Cancellation Policy: Any modification or cancellation must be made at least 72 hours in advance, responding to the re-confirmation email (check your spam) or through info@espaciouma.com. Otherwise, without exception, your card will be charged for the full amount corresponding to your reservation.. People who do not show up for their reservation (“no show”) or do so outside the indicated time, which will be considered as “no show”, will be affected by the same cancellation policy.
