UMA offers an omnivorous tasting menu. UMA can tailor its food offerings to vegetarians and pescatarians as long as they consume eggs, mushrooms and dairy products in their diet. Unfortunately, we DO NOT have the necessary resources to offer a menu adapted to vegan diets.
UMA offers a unique surprise tasting menu. Allergies and intolerances must be reported at the time of booking. If not, we can't guarantee we'll be able to make the required modifications. To fully take in the experience, we recommend that you not request any changes unless strictly necessary for health reasons.
The utmost punctuality is requested. The service will not start until all the guests are present. Management reserves the right NOT to allow late seating to those who don't comply with this requirement. These individuals will be considered no-shows, and the cancellation policy will be applied in these cases.
Due to the duration of the experience (2h 30m) and the type of service offered at UMA, we do not recommend attending with children or babies. We do not have a children's menu or enough resources to adapt the menu to their needs.
Any modification or cancellation must be made at least 72 hours in advance by replying to the re-confirmation email (check your spam) or writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. Otherwise, a charge will be made to your card in the amount of €96.00 per reservation. No exceptions. Guests who do not show up for their reservation (no-shows), or who do so late, will be considered no-shows and be subject to the same cancellation policy.

Iker Erauzkin was born in the Basque Country and trained in Paris. He’s had close ties to Catalan cuisine for more than 15 years.
Inquisitive and curious by nature, he is a great popularizer and creator of innovative culinary concepts. He has more than 20 years’ experience in the sector and has authored over a dozen cookbooks.
