We will begin this gastronomic experience at 8:30 PM, with all guests starting simultaneously.

- Punctuality: Maximum punctuality is requested. Service will not begin until all diners are present.
The management reserves the right to NOT allow entry to the premises to those who do not meet this requirement, considering their absence as a “no show” and applying the cancellation policy in these cases. - Payment Method: Full payment for the reservation must be made in advance during this booking process.
- Cancellation Policy: Any modification or cancellation must be made at least 7 days in advance in order to receive a full refund. This can be done simply by replying to the reconfirmation email (please check your spam folder) or by writing to info@espaciouma.com. Otherwise, without exception, your card will be charged for the full amount corresponding to your reservation.. People who do not show up for their reservation (“no show”) or do so outside the indicated time, which will be considered as “no show”, will be affected by the same cancellation policy.
