Selected in the MICHELIN Guide Spain
UMA is one of the Barcelona restaurants selected in the MICHELIN Guide Spain 2026. In February 2026 the guide also included it in its pick of Barcelona’s best restaurants for signature cuisine.
It has held one Sun in the Repsol Guide every year since 2021, and the We’re Smart Green Guide named it among the world’s 100 best vegetable restaurants in 2021 and 2022.

What you will eat
There is no à la carte menu. Every service is a surprise tasting menu that changes with the seasons: cooking with Basque roots, French touches and Catalan produce, with vegetables as the common thread of many dishes.
Choose from three menus, and add a short or long wine pairing chosen by Anna from a cellar of more than 150 labels.
